Fundraising
Raise funds through all phases of the Hope House Development.
Food Management
Assist with ensuring residents receive necessary goods and groceries.
Interfaith Partner Alliance
Bring awareness of Hope House back to all Partner organizations (religious, religious affiliated entities or other groups).
Policies and Procedures
Provide oversight to all teams developing operating policies and procedures.
Coaching
This team focuses on the people (as opposed to House Services) in dealing with assessment, reporting and documentation, discharge planning, and outcomes management.
Marketing, Public Relations, and Community Alliance
Get the Hope House mission out to the community, which in turn will bring in more time, talent, and treasure.
Community Alliance
Reconnect with contacts that have already been developed, identify additional organizations (e.g. civic organizations, foundations, and other 501c3 groups), and move forward with contacts in commercial areas.
Resident Services
Provide oversight and coordination of all client services for Hope House.
The House Services Team makes “the house a home” by providing rules, meals, donations services, welfare and safety, housekeeping and hygiene, and supply and furnishings. In other words, giving families a welcoming, safe and secure home where all of their basic needs can be met.

Volunteer Coordination
Help to organize and recruit volunteers for events, business needs, and other services needed.
Welfare, Safety, Security
Assist out staff and residents with needed welfare, security, and safety requirements.
Maintenance
Help with general housing repairs including plumbing, electric, structural, and appliances when willing and qualified.
Board of Directors
Join as a member to provide insight, guidance, and participate in the management of Hope House.
