Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Hope House of Sedona. Every purchase helps provide housing and supportive services for mothers and children experiencing homelessness.

Returns We accept returns of unworn, unwashed apparel in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Fundraising Items Greeting cards and other fundraising items are generally non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges based on available inventory.

Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Local PickupLocal pickup is available in West Sedona at no charge. You'll receive pickup instructions after your order is ready.
